  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 16 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1-2 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 3 lb beef arm roast
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 4-6 sprigs thyme

The oven must first be preheated to 350° F. Cover the steak all over with seasoned salt and store. Meat should ideally marinate for around 30 minutes at room temperature.
