  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of warm water
  • 4 cups of bread flour
  • 1 packet of active dry yeast


First of all, you have to dissolve sugar in warm water and then add yeast on it. You have to let this mixture settle for around 10 minutes. Make sure it is frothy before going to the next step. Now, you have to take a big mixing bowl and then mix flour and salt together. You have to make a well in the middle and then pour the yeast mixture. Mix these things and then add olive oil while making a dough of it.

Furthermore, you have to place dough in the greased bowl and then cover up with damp cloth. You need to let it rise in a warm place for around 3 hours.
